Kite Country Classics Story
With a love of fabric, sewing, design, and creating Leslie Dinou has been doing what she loves for over 20 years.
Her love for textiles and design has led her to create unique products for the home and for personal use.

Our hero product is the Wheat Pack
which is a natural remedy to heal and soothe the body.
Our other products for everyday use are Door Stops,
Tote Bags, and Seagrass Baskets.

At Kite Country Classics we design and produce each of our products in Wellington, sourcing high-quality products and supplies. We hand select all fabrics that have sustainable qualities and use most or all parts of the fabric in or on our products.

Traveling around New Zealand to the local markets, and showcasing our products is a lot of fun. We enjoy chatting with the local customers face to face and hearing how much they love our products -
that connection is what we love the most.
